Organizational Development Organizational development focuses on talent
assessment and selection, team-building, group dynamics, change management and retention of employees. Geiser and Associates
will work with your organization to support and promote change processes for individuals and groups, develop your organization’s
capabilities, and help you develop strategies to energize and motivate your key leaders. In any of these capacities, Diane
is available to lead group meetings, workshops, seminars and retreats.
Talent Assessment and Selection Diane is
available to help your organization with pre-employment screening and testing, and employment selection assessments. She is
skilled at developing job profiles and analyzing required skills for job success. Diane will also work with your recruiters
to help them develop competency-based interviewing models for each role.

Myers Briggs Personality Profile model to the individuals personalities at work in teams can provide insight into why some
